| Description | Post Name Research Assistant Project Name A multi-country, multi-centre, three-arm, parallel group, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized trial of two doses of antenatal corticosteroids for women with a high probability of birth in the late preterm period in hospitals in low-resource countries to improve newborn outcomes (Action-III Trial) Project Description The project is a large-scale international clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of two different doses of antenatal corticosteroids in improving newborn outcomes among women at high risk of late preterm birth in low-resource hospital settings. The study is undertaken at the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), under the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC), Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.
