| Description | Job description Teaching & Academic Duties Provide academic leadership in teaching, curriculum design, and pedagogical innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and other future technologies. Deliver high-quality lectures and guide undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs with a strong emphasis on advanced concepts, research orientation, and industry relevance. Lead curriculum development and periodic revision in line with NEP 2020, UGC/AICTE regulations, global benchmarks, and emerging technological trends. Promote interdisciplinary and experiential learning through projects, case studies, labs, and AI-driven educational practices Research & Scholarly Activities Lead high-impact research initiatives in AI and future technologies, resulting in publications in reputed international journals, conferences, patents, and technology transfers. Secure major research grants and funding from national and international agencies, industry, and government bodies. Supervise and mentor Ph.D. scholars, post-doctoral researchers, and faculty-led research groups. Collaborate with industry and research institutions. Establish research centers, labs, and Centers of Excellence in advanced and emerging technology domains. Foster a strong research culture and guide faculty in achieving research excellence. Curriculum Development & Accreditation Support the Dean and University leadership in academic planning, policy formulation, and institutional growth. Assist in curriculum design, revision, and outcome-based education (OBE) implementation. Contribute to accreditation processes (AICTE, NBA, NAAC, etc.). Develop innovative teaching methods, including the use of ICT and e-learning tools. Industry Collaboration & Global Engagement Develop and sustain strong collaborations with industry, research organizations, startups, and global academic institutions. Lead consultancy projects, joint research programs, executive education, and technology commercialization initiatives. Represent the University in academic forums, professional bodies, advisory boards, and international collaborations. Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, incubation, and startup ecosystems within the School. Institutional & Administrative Responsibilities Participate in departmental and institutional committees. Assist in admissions, examinations, academic audits, and student activities. Engage in faculty development programs, workshops, and training. Contribute to outreach, consultancy, and industry institute interaction. Perform all other academic, research, and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the University from time to time. Essential Qualifications Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science & Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, Information Technology from a recognized university. (Sp. In AI) . Master s degree in the relevant or allied discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) from a recognized university. A minimum of 10 years of teaching and/or research experience in a university, college, or reputed research institution. At least 3 years of experience at the level of Associate Professor in a recognized institution. Proven experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate research projects. Industry experience relevant to the discipline will be added advantage.
