Preferred Certification (Valid as on date of interview): HR Analytics or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. Experience (Essential): Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources (for both posts). Preferably in IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI Sector (as on 31.12.2025). Salary / Stipend Annual CTC: Upto Rs 45 Lacs (negotiable based on experience & current emoluments). Bifurcated into Fixed Pay & Variable Pay in 80:20 ratio. Annual increment (from second year): Up to 5% of annual CTC subject to minimum 90% performance appraisal score. Variable Pay: Eligible subject to minimum 90% marks in performance appraisal (half-yearly); percentage ranges from 70% to 100% based on score (below 90% = NIL).
