| Description | Job description Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, vendor management, and ensuring seamless execution across online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Order & Sales Operations Manage daily orders from Amazon, website, and other marketplaces Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination Handle COD order confirmations and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) 2. Inventory Management Track stock levels across warehouse and platforms Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely replenishment Maintain inventory accuracy and avoid stock-outs/overstocking 3. Vendor & Partner Coordination Work closely with distributors, pet shops, and clinics Ensure smooth order fulfillment for B2B partners Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient deliveries 4. Process Excellence Identify gaps in operations and implement improvements Work on SOP creation and process standardization Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality 5. Customer & Support Coordination Handle escalations related to orders, delays, or returns Ensure excellent customer experience across channels 6. Reporting & MIS Maintain daily/weekly reports on orders, inventory, and returns Track key metrics like fulfillment rate, delivery timelines, and RTO |
