The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GhostDraft, document generation, and integration with core systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and configure templates using GhostDraft (now part of Guidewire or Smart Communications) Design and build document generation workflows for insurance products Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements Integrate GhostDraft with core systems such as policy administration platforms Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of document generation issues Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality standards Support production issues and provide timely resolution Required Skills Strong experience in GhostDraft/Smart Communications Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Java, or .NET technologies Experience in insurance domain (preferred) Good problem-solving and communication skills Experience with document composition tools |
