| Description | Job description Lodha is hiring for Civil (Infra) Job Description: Highway Construction: Lead or oversee the construction of highways, road networks, intersections, and related transportation infrastructure projects, considering factors like safety, traffic flow, and environmental impact. Pavement Construction: Should have experience to execute pavement layers Embankment, Subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, DLC, and PQC. Should have knowledge of Technical Specification, MORT &H Specifications IRC codes. Road Furniture: Knowledge about fixing signboards, laying of thermoplastic paints and execution of other road furniture works are required. Structural Works: Construction of Retaining walls, Compound wall, Plum wall, RCC Drain, Box/Slab/Pipe Culverts, etc. Pedestrian Services: Should have experience for laying of footpath. (Kerb Stone, Edge Stone, Bullnose, Water Table, and Pavers etc.) Underground Services: Should have experience to execute Underground services like, Laying of Potable Water Lines, Sever Lines, Storm Water Drains, Electrical Conduits and other allied Services. Well aware of Laying of DI, HDPE, DWC Pipes for PHED works. Project Management: Manage the execution of Road, Structure and Underground Services Works, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring progress Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff working on project. Materials and Construction Methods: Select appropriate materials and construction methods for Roads, Structure and Underground Services works considering factors like durability, cost, and sustainability. Environmental Impact Assessment: Evaluate and mitigate the environmental impact of the project, including potential effects on ecosystems, air quality, and noise pollution. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Building, Cluster Infra, MEP Team, Contractors, & Design Team for day to day execution and resolve the Bottle Necks of Project. Qualification: BE Civil and/or ME Civil Type: Real Estate Development Experience: 2-8 years of experience |
