| Description | Job Overview We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives to join our Voice process. The role requires delivering excellent customer support while identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products and services. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess strong communication and customer handling skills. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through voice and chat channels. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve monthly upselling and performance targets. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions. Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals. Eligibility Criteria Any Graduate/ UG Can apply. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, Voice Process, Chat Support, or a similar role. Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or sales-driven customer service is preferred. Excellent communication skills (C1 level or above). Comfortable working in rotational 24x7 shifts.
