| Description | Job description Role Overview We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client accounts, support recruitment delivery, and drive business growth. The role requires strong client management, sector knowledge, and handson recruitment coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend client relationships and act as key point of contact Support sourcing with recruitment teams; identify and market top candidates Ensure smooth onboarding, mobilisation, compliance and documentation Maintain strong contractor relationships and drive retention Conduct client review meetings and prepare account performance reports Business development: market research, client mapping, lead generation Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and follow internal processes Understand commercial terms, margins, invoicing and credit control What Were Looking For Experience in recruitment or staffing (technical / engineering preferred) Strong communication, client handling and relationshipbuilding skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Commercial understanding and problemsolving mindset Proactive, organised and teamoriented |
