| Description | Role Summary The role is responsible for executing Accounts Receivable (AR)/ Accounts payable invoicing, ageing analysis, and bank reconciliation for an SPV under an Asset Management Company. Accuracy, timeliness, and strong communication skills are essential in this UKaligned process. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable & Invoice Processing Prepare, validate, and post invoices in NetSuite and AMP as per contract terms and SPV billing cycles. Ensure accurate billing inputs and proper coding for revenue recognition. Reconcile AR ledger and ensure complete documentation for audit readiness. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations/Asset Management/Leasing) to resolve billing issues. Maintain customer master data and update terms in NetSuite. 2. AR Ageing Analysis & Reporting Prepare weekly/monthly AR ageing reports for SPV management. Identify overdue receivables and initiate structured follow-ups. Highlight high-risk receivables and recommend provisioning as required. Track DSO, collection trends, and expected cash flows for management reporting. 3. Bank Reconciliation Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of SPV bank accounts. Match receipts with invoices; identify unmatched/unidentified credits. Investigate variances, chargebacks, short receipts, and correct entries in NetSuite/AMP. Liaise with banks/Treasury for transaction clarifications. 4. Month-End Closing & Compliance Prepare AR reconciliations, revenue schedules, and collection summaries. Support internal/external audits by providing required backups. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SPV reporting norms. Assist in UKbased financial deliverables within agreed deadlines. Core Competencies Required 1. Strict Adherence to Timelines (Mandatory) Must deliver billing, reconciliations, and reports within predefined turnaround times. Ability to manage high-volume tasks under tight UK reporting deadlines. Strong sense of accountability and ownership. 2. Excellent English Communication (Mandatory) Strong verbal and written English required for UK client interactions. Ability to draft clear, concise emails and communicate professionally. Comfortable participating in UKtime zone calls and reviews. 3. Technical & Analytical Skills Hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP is mandatory. Familiarity with AMP or similar asset management platforms. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, conditional formulas). Ability to interpret financial data and prepare actionable MIS. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors/master’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com/M. Com/ACCA). 4-7 years’ experience in AR, AP, billing, or accounting operations. Financial industry Experience preferred not mandatory. Experience working in UK process is a strong advantage. Work Environment Shift time starts at 11:30 AM IST to align with UK business hours. Must be comfortable working extended hours during month-end/quarter-end closings. High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance. |
