| Description | Purpose/Objective The main purpose of this role is to coordinate cash flow planning, reconciliations, budgeting & MIS etc. You should review teamwork, have in - depth knowledge of the business, ability to manage critical timelines. You should be able to recommend best practices that ensures timely analysis, comply with laws and promote our company's financial well - being. You should execute the key initiatives taken for the project within timelines. Key Responsibilities of Role - Ensure team management and people development - Drive strategic initiatives - Work closely with GCC Leadership - Maintain relationship with multiple stakeholders like commercial team, project team and Abex team - Ability to multi-task as per requirements - Review of Monthly MIS, Reporting, Audit Schedules - analyzing and reviewing rationale for variances. - Handling critical stakeholders such as CXOs and Tower Leads - Cash flow Planning to effect all payments on time for projects. - Oversee Annual Budgeting exercise and ensure proper governance - Analytics and highlight variances - Coordinate with cross functional team - Support in Accounting closure activities along with Team members. - MIS for various business scenarios - Review projections based on project requirement - Preparation and review of various analytics - Resolve site related accounting issues - Adherence to Group SOP/DOA Technical Competencies Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Forecast, Business Performance ,Transformation - Digital Finance,Business Case - Preparation & Review,Cost Optimization - Profit Improvement Plan Qualifications and Experience - Required Experience: 15 to 20 years - Mandatory Qualification: CA - A bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting. - Ability to deal with Multiple stakeholders - Mentoring team and high focus on people development - High focus on large scale Automation and Transformation Projects - Proven experience as Automation, Budgeting and MIS preparation. - Good knowledge automation activities in accounting - Knowledge of treasury related activities & documentation - Knowledge of Advance MS Office (Particularly in using excel) - Excellent computational ability and strong numerical skills. |
