| Description | Lead the establishment and operation in Bangalore to provide engineering governance, technical validation, construction assurance, and EPC oversight support for Wind, Solar PV, and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects across Europe. The GCC will act as an independent technical review and approval authority supporting project execution teams Review and validate standard lifting plans for routine lifting activities across solar and wind equipments at farm construction. Review, assess, and validate critical lifting plans, including heavy, tandem, complex, or high risk lifts. Wind turbine erection lifts Validate critical lift methodologies, including Crane selection and configuration, Load calculations and load charts, Ground bearing pressure and crane positioning Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and lift studies for critical lifts. Ensure contingency plans and emergency response measures are defined for high risk lifting operations. Ensure lifting operations meet HSE requirements and industry best practices. Transformer placement Review lifting execution reports and ensure compliance with approved lifting plans. |
