| Description | Role : EUS_MDM SME Experience: 10-15 years Location: Bangalore and Pune Key Responsibilities: • Architect, design, and manage enterprise MDM/UEM solutions using Intune and/or JAMF Pro. • Implement policies for mobile devices (iOS/Android) and modern Windows/macOS management. • Lead initiatives such as device onboarding, configuration profiles, compliance rules, Conditional Access, and application lifecycle management. • Manage device enrollment (ADE, Knox, AutoPilot, DEP), provisioning, and automation workflows. • Create and maintain security baselines, encryption standards, and corporate data protection policies. • Oversee application deployment, patching, OS updates, and device health monitoring. • Provide L3-level troubleshooting for complex device, policy, and enrollment issues. • Manage integration with Azure AD/Entra ID, identity governance, and Zero Trust principles. • Develop documentation, runbooks, architectural diagrams, and governance frameworks. • Work closely with security, networking, and digital workplace teams. • Evaluate new mobility technologies and improve overall user experience. Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager): • Device compliance, configuration profiles, enrollment restrictions • Windows Autopilot, App Protection Policies (MAM), Conditional Access • Win32 and LOB app deployment • Policy troubleshooting, logs, diagnostics JAMF Pro (macOS/iOS Management): • JAMF enrollment workflows, device provisioning, DEP/ADE • Configuration Profiles, Smart Groups, Policies • Patch management, scripts, and macOS security controls • App deployment (VPP), managed preferences General MDM Skills: • iOS/Android Enterprise administration • macOS and Windows 10/11 modern management • Certificate management (SCEP, PKI), Wi-Fi/VPN payloads • PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation • Understanding of Zero Trust, identity, and device compliance frameworks Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104) • JAMF 200/300/400 certifications • ITIL Foundation certification • Experience managing 10,000+ corporate endpoints |
