Job Overview:

CogentHubCX.AI is hiring Customer Care Executives for a blended process (Chat + Voice) to support a fast-growing food delivery platform. This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest-scaling BPO companies in India, offering excellent exposure and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat support with occasional voice calls when required.
Assist customers with order status, delivery issues, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries.
Provide quick, accurate, and professional resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Languages Required: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
