| Description | Candidate Profile Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in electrical infrastructure, ideally interfacing with civil works, solar, and commercial building projects. Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD (for checking electrical layouts) and MS Office (for reporting and billing). Standards & Compliance: Familiarity with relevant IS Codes for electrical installations and standard Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices. Key Responsibilities Solar & Grid Operations: Supervise installation of Solar panels (modules), Inverters, Mounting structures, DC & AC cabling. Assist in Insulation resistance (IR) testing, Continuity testing, and Inverter commissioning. Support grid synchronization and net metering process. Electrical & Building Systems: Supervise installation of Power distribution panels (LT panels), Cable laying and tray work, Lighting systems (normal + emergency lighting), Earthing and grounding systems. Coordinate installation of EV charging stations, Fire alarm and detection systems, Public address (PA) systems, CCTV and surveillance systems, Access control & ticketing systems. Coordination, Documentation & Verification: Work closely with the Civil team (for conduits, trenches, shafts). Maintain Daily progress reports, Test reports and commissioning records, As-built drawings. Check and verify contractor billing for the ongoing projects. Check and verify electrical drawings for ongoing sites. |
