| Description | Position- Trainee Engineer – Production Department - Production – Cable Manufacturing Plant Plant Location - Talegaon Dabhade, Pune Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply Key Responsibilities Assist in cable production activities as per production plan. Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production process. Maintain production quality standards and minimize rejection/wastage. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments for smooth operations. Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods. Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and company guidelines on the shop floor. Prepare and maintain daily production reports and records. Support supervisors in achieving production targets and improving efficiency. Learn and understand cable manufacturing processes and machinery. Required Skills Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to work in shifts Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Quick learner with positive attitude |
