| Description | Position: Staff Nurse Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during treatments and procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions and vital signs. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Ensure infection control practices and hospital protocols are followed. Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of nursing equipment. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc.
