| Description | Job description What are we looking for Bright Article Clerks, keen to embark on their journey of becoming industrious Chartered Accountants by initiating their professional experience with an impactful Articleship in any of the below functions/practices: 1. Statutory Audit - Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram: Statutory audits, Tax audits limited reviews Group reporting; Certification; Special audits Accounting Advisory (including GAAP advisory - IND AS, IFRS and US GAAP) 2. Transfer Pricing - Pune Mumbai: Transfer Pricing Audits, compiling documentation, Issuing CA Certificate (Form 3CEB) Assessments and appeals relating to Transfer Pricing Research Article Writing 6. International Tax - Mumbai, Pune: Understanding the documents provided and getting the required documents for determining appropriate tax rate; Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27EQ), corrections of TDS/TCS returns 6. Business Tax - Mumbai: Preparing certificates under section 195 of the Income tax Act Understanding the documents provided and getting the required documents Expatriate Tax compliances i.e. monthly tax workings, arranging documents TDS and Tax calculation for AIF clients in wealth operations About company Sudit K.
