| Description | Job description Job Description (Diploma Engineer Trainee - Operations) Position Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) Location: Pune Offered Grade: T-O1 (Trainee- Engineer)Offered CTC 2.75 LPA (inclusive of Employer PF & Gratuity & Group Accident Insurance) Nature of Employment: On-roll, Full-time, On-siteQualification: Mandatory Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or Manufacturing Engg.Age group- 19 ~ 24 yrs.Gender- FemaleTechnical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required: 1) Basic knowledge of various manufacturing processes like Forging, Machining, Heat Treatment etc. 2) Basic knowledge of QC tools like Why-Why Analysis, Control Chart and LC of various measuring instruments. 3) Basic knowledge of understanding Engineering Drawings. 4) Basic knowledge of the working of automobiles. Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement: 1) Should be able to coordinate between different production lines, supervisors to achieve given targets. 2) Should be capable of dealing with both on roll & contractual manpower. 3) Good communication skills. 4) Should be interested to work in both a shop-floor as well as an office environment. Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position: 1) Achieve given shift wise targets in quality and quantity. 2) Timely disposition of rework and rejection with action plan for the same. 3) Training to all operating manpower and subordinates. 4) Adherence of improvements and pokayokes installed on the line. Maintaining process control. Points to be noted. 1) You will undergo a one-year training period, followed by a six-month probation period. 2) Immediate joiners are required.
